@Nickman. Yes adding those 2 images to custom theme worked perfectly. However i think perhaps i did find a bug.
On my test forum i have set the blogs to 0 posts needed to make a blog. Now here is what i get when i try to make a blog.

Well Nickman,
I downloaded this so I'll do the translation and in the mean time I'll try it out. Man... The languege file is pretty large. It will take a few hours to finish it and then find all the parts in the code that don't work in a RTL based forum... this will give me something to do in the hospital. Thanks .

Hebrew in general, but because its a RTL language, the modified code will make it easier for Arabic (and other RTL languages) to enjoy this.
