@Nickman. Yes adding those 2 images to custom theme worked perfectly. However i think perhaps i did find a bug.
On my test forum i have set the blogs to 0 posts needed to make a blog. Now here is what i get when i try to make a blog.
Keeping in mind i have not posted on my test forum and expect that is the problem.

Yes I have noticed that bug. It's just one character that is wrong :P

Open blogs.php, find

PHP Code:

if ($mybb->user['postnum'] <= $mybb->settings['myblogs_min_posts']) 

Change to

PHP Code:

if ($mybb->user['postnum'] < $mybb->settings['myblogs_min_posts'])
