Nevermind, I got it to work. :)

Maybe I am not looking at something right. I installed it, saw the setting, configured them and then went to blogs.php page and saw the screenshot below. My question is how to create the blog, I dont see an option

You have to move the images into your themes folder. I think before final, I'm going to have a check to see if the buttons are there, and if not, just show a link.

nick will the beta be updatable to the final version without losing data ?

It should just update the files. Only the DB contains the changeable data!

hmm okay .. sorry if it was a stupid question .. im still have phpbb instincts lol things change with updates around there ... so i can safely install this and update to the full version when it comes out with no fuss ?

Yes it should go smoothly as long as there are no database changes.

ok how exactly do i moderate the blog posts ?? i cant see anywhere to edit or delete... is it still not implemented ? it asks for the GIDs in settings i put the adming group there... but still no luck ...

weird .. when i reactivated the black listed and moderator options switched places ... how weird ... and also does deactivtin the plugin wipe everything off?

Mad, you go to the blog post and at the bottom there are admin options.
