Problem with text are (editing/creating posts)

The text area box is bigger than it should be and covering buttons and selection boxes see pics bellow how can i fix this?

Have you edited any templates or the global.css file?

The only thing i did was add two links to the top menu not touched global css i am using google chrome if that makes any difference

If you are referring to the editor on the blogs it seems to work fine. It is probably google chrome that is causing this as I am using Firefox.

Well it would seem in your screen that chrome isn't rendering the page correctly. So nope there's nothing we can do about that, sorry.
