Can moderators edit users posts?

I can not seem to find any setting to allow moderators to edit users posts

Super mods can edit the posts in all forums.

Normal Mods you have to add to a forum, you can do this in the AdminCP --> Forums & Posts --> Click on the 'Options' dropdown next to the forum you want to add a mod to. --> Click Moderators --> Type in a username you want to be a mod --> Then choose the permissions he has in that forum (edit posts etc.)

If you want the user to be in the moderator group you will have to do that by editing his user account. Adding them to a forum doesn't do that
