You've forgot to Include http://SimplexWebs.com :O, They're the Cheapest out there. They include an Installer Software Built into the cPanel , MyBB is Listed There and so is PHPBB and other great forum softwares!

Tyreus Hosting seems very reliable. 000Webhost , worse webhost ever in my opinion.

MyBB Experience(Good or Bad): Great! Rarely any downtime and the servers are faster than others I have tried. It's also quite cheap.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Justhost and companies operated by the same person. I can't trust them.
And for some reason I have an odd urge to always go for "Unlimited" cPanel hosting when I get hosting. It's not that I need 999999999999GB space, I just don't like thinking about space and bandwidth every time I login. Only hostgator is doing that for me, and they suck. Their servers are slow and oversold, and I've had many issues with their slowness in the past and present, but it's cheap and the security is good (For example, once my website got infected. They cleared it up without disturbing the files!)

I'm currently with Vidahost and have found them to brilliant. Good prices to.
I tend not to go for hosts with "unlimited" everything as they often tend to be poor quality.
