and by the way http://byethost.com/index.php/free-hosting is fine too
but Hostwoot is sth else

You've forgot to Include http://SimplexWebs.com :O, They're the Cheapest out there. They include an Installer Software Built into the cPanel , MyBB is Listed There and so is PHPBB and other great forum softwares!

Tyreus Hosting seems very reliable. 000Webhost , worse webhost ever in my opinion.
