Yah Yah Yah! Miracle yes? You might be wondering how I made a theme in a day!
Well "the thing" turned out right.Thats the reason.Its not too bad though.Try it .Its color mode is blue with very little dreamy effects and is with few template alterations.
You may edit and re-distribute it with your own copyright .
Notice:
-Please report for any bugs or template changes
-It has a big-sized background so it may make your browser a bit laggy.Dont worry.It won't make much problem hopefully and ofcourse you can change the background anytime.
Installation:
AdminCp>>Themes>>Import.Select the "XML" file and import it.Upload the entire Koolblue folder to forum/images directory.Activate.

I saw your link, but there is no download link in the web page that it points to. It just shows the filename and the size.
Anyway, I managed to download the file by looking inside the HTML code of the page... It was supposed to start it automatically...
