Yah Yah Yah! Miracle yes? You might be wondering how I made a theme in a day!
Well "the thing" turned out right.Thats the reason.Its not too bad though.Try it .Its color mode is blue with a very little dreamy effects and is with few template alterations.
You may edit and re-distribute it with your own copyright .
Notice:
-Please report for any bugs or template change
-It has a big-sized background so it may make your browser very little laggy.Dont worry.It wont go that way 80% and ofcourse you can change the background anytime.
Installation:
AdminCp>>Themes>>Import.Select the "XML" file and import it.Upload the entire Koolblue folder to forum/images directory.Activate.

I saw your link, but there is no download link in the web page that it points to. It just shows the filename and the size.
Anyway, I managed to download the file by looking inside the HTML code of the page... It was supposed to start it automatically...
