Where can I find some good and easy to understand php tutorials. I want to learn and create hacks. I have seen the wc3 schools and tizag but I couldn't understand them.

Try your luck on YouTube. I've learned all of the php trough there (little, because I'm not a coder type) and I belive its a good source for any kind of tutorials you're looking for

Wc3 schools is a very good place to learn, you need to complete their tutorials then you can search on other sites.

I can not understand the video tutorials. They seem very complicated. Does anyone know of any other sites?

I recommend you read about the basics then look at other simple scripts and modify them, test it out until you understand the code.

I don't recommend them, written tutorials are much easier to understand. If you start learning php start learning MySql too. Try to write your own scripts and if you don't know how to do something just ask there. It is the best way to learn.

YouTube is very helpful when it comes to specific tutorials, however you must be lucky to get one in good quality and thats the only down-side I currently know about YouTube and its tutorials
