DO NOT USE ON SHARED HOSTING they will shut you down/disable your script/relocate you

Because this script can be very server intensive as it requests a file about every 5 seconds checking to see if you have any new messages.

oh ok. to avoid this, open mymessenger.js
in line 24

change to

the script checks now every 60 seconds. most of the shared hosters have no problem with 1 minute or more. ;)
i had to do this with the ajax chat, my hoster does allow this if the autocheck is set 60 secs or higher
