I tested this by messaging myself, and it is received almost instantly.
Great mod that I KNOW quite a few people will use!!!

How do I "activate" the message? I mean, where do I click to start chatting?

Love the idea. Can help my forum users if they want my / forum's stuff help immediately. Tested it (with @Nickman) and it work fine. But... "pay" for a beta version? Sorry, but I'll wait for the final release and then buy it...

I think Nickman posts betas so it's easier to fix bugs.

@faviouz... you start chatting by visiting the person's profile. If you did the edits like the readme states, there should be a link under the person's online status.

You get ALL Updates free..so really there is no issue there

Nickman, may I suggest for a future update to allow members the option to turn instant messaging off? In the UserCP options maybe?
I got one of my staff to help me test it, and it can drive you crazy when it's constantly popping up with messages.

One cool thing, you'll never miss a message, because even if I'm using a different tab/window in firefox, if A message comes through, it will make the message tab the active tab.

I wondered what that box was that popped up when I came here earlier. :P
