blackwhiteandtan theme v1.4.4

Details / Summary:
Only thing I didn't do were the buttons. Originally made by FFW.

Installation Instructions:
1) Upload the included image folder to your ./images directory
2) Import included theme XML into your Admin CP > Templates & Style > Import a Theme.
3) Switch to the new theme via your User Control Panel!
4) Enjoy the new look of your forum. Smile

And in english.zip I have included greyscale buttons incase the black ones are hard to read.

The white in the .thead should be a different color in my opinion.

as everyone said .thead is not looking good at all if you use rgb(84, 53, 25) color to make a .thead image it may look good.
