[release] theme 9

[release] Theme9 Final

Installation Instructions:
1) Upload the included image folder to your ./images directory
2) Import included theme XML into your Admin CP > Templates & Style > Import a Theme.
3) Switch to the new theme via your User Control Panel!
4) Enjoy the new look of your forum. Smile

Based of default 1.4.4. Logo.png has my title. Logo.jpg in the images folder is clean. Sorry I don't own photoshop.

I will say one thing. That is without a doubt the fullest taskbar i have ever seen. Really. Thats insane lol.

I think the links at the top look kind've out of place.. :/

Ok, I figured out out how to left align them. And I cleaned it up. But when I export xml and upload it to my test board 2 it spaces all wrong. Theme s the same dimensions so why is it spacing all wrong.

hang on, I'll check it out myself, see if I find anything.

EDIT: Weird, I don't see anything wrong with the XML file.. strange... I'll upload to MyBBTuts and see.

DOUBLE EDIT: Looks fine on my side..
