You have to be logged in....and is the file in YOUR IMAGE DIRECTORY/YOUR LANGUAGE/ ?

If you can't see the link, try..
Go to ./images/english/ and copy "create.gif" and "manage.gif" to ./images/[theme name]/english/ .

On the blogs.php page, it only shows the 2 most recent entries, any way to increase that number?

there is two chosen. If you know php, it's not hard to add another one. Otherwise there is no variable you can change to set how many show up

Keep the file structure as is. So inc/plugins/myblogs.php goes into inc/plugins
