I know this was mentioned before, but I'm just curious on how to get the profiles to appear the way they do here, you know, IPBish. I thought I saw someone mention that there is a plugin already, but I'm not sure, and if there isn't, could one be made? I'm really looking forward to having something like that on my site

It's nickmans custom work. I don't beleive it will be released as plugins won't work with the way they should with profile layout(if they involve a profile layout change.

He might do but it might only be part of it

I've discussed this with him in the past. He showed me a screenshot months ago even . He also told me he hit a road block because of how mybb works.:wink:

Ah, ok, makes sense. I figured it'd be some sort of simple skin edit, but I don't have a lot of experience with MyBB yet, so, I didn't know.

It's not likely to be released. This is because my profile OVERWRITES the old profile, so all mods that do edits to profiles will not work with MyProfile. However I do want to release it as it is a really nice plugin.

Is there anyway to have a backup of the old profile for compatibility purposes? Or was that already explored. Like I said, its not a big deal, just wondering what was up, it is a nice mod, but if there'll be problems, yeah.

It doesn't delete your old profile. It just goes up instead of your old profile. So I guess it could work. I'll probably fix some bugs up and release it to my BETA group to see if there is many issues. If not, we'll probably have a release
