Issue: ModCP SQL Error

Brief Description of Issue: Hello guys, When ever I try to go to modcp with an moderator or super moderator account, I cannot access modcp and I get the error. But as an admin or custom user group I can access the modcp. can any one help me with this error ?

Try another theme. If it works with another theme, then the current theme with the error, there is something wrong with it.
