Depends...are you wanting a completely custom theme from scratch or do you just want some stuff customized on a premium theme they already have?

If you just want some stuff customized on a theme they already have, it wouldn't be very expensive. I can't give you an exact price because it depends on what you're wanting.

But if you want a fully custom theme from scratch, it would cost over a hundred dollars. That first custom theme I have is from ThemeFreak, and the original cost was $220.
