I want to force users to make a thread in a certain forum ( the introduction forums ).

I don't want to use promotion system as I don't want to allow post count on introduction forum ( personal reasons ).

So a mod would need to do this job.

Another thing that I'd like as an extra but it's ok without.
If it can be done in a certain way ( maybe also with usergroup permissions ) that you are not allowed to have more than 1 thread aka your own introduction.
I think that if the mod makes the thread without limitation of the usergroup settings, the forum can be set as "create threads not allowed "by usergroup "registered".
