Users can't view tutorials/customization
Simply put, guests can see the "Customization" section (tutorials is all i know is in there, cause that's where i was gonna post but wasn't logged in, i logged in and now i can't access it) is only available to guests, and maybe other users but whatever group i fall in, it is hidden to.

Tutorials is the only category in there. Can you access it by the Tutorials link up in the top menu?
