Hi,

I am having a little problem with form manager.
I have succesfully uploaded, installed and created a form.
but I dont know where my form went, how do I call for the form?

replace yourforumurl with the url to your forum and replace formid with the id of the form

example:http://mybbsource.com/forms.php?id=2
