Automatic Activator
Hey guys I wanted to know if there was a plugin that would activate a person automatically after registration and not send emails...

I would also like if there was a delay, I want a day so I can catch spam people before hand

No need plugin

Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > User Registration and Profile Options > Registration Method > Dropdown to Instant Activation.
