Hello.
I need a cross browser version of the text-shadow effect in CSS3

I want it to be identical to:
text-shadow: 0px 0px 2px #000;

1. It needs to work with text
2. It needs to work with Internet Explorer
3. It's not identical to the original code

This should work with text AND IE.

That's a box shadow - not a TEXT shadow... My code works with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera.
