It is actually a pretty good free host.

i used them and when i submitted a support ticket i got my anwser as you would expect then a few weeks later i was on google looking at forums that i had joined i cam across a blog where they had gotten hold of my support ticket and started making fun at what i had said so thats why i wouldt recommened using 000webhost, if you have the money to spare however i would recommened using shakehost they have a $2, $4,$15, or $20 packages with moneyback and 99.99% uptime i have been using them for a while now and the only time my forum has gone wrong is when i make coding errors or w/e and even then they try their best to help me rectify my issue

Just make sure you are fully backed up. I've had 3 free webhosts close down with no notice.
