The forum's theme is dramatically different from your website, which kind of confused me at first. Also, you have quite a few empty forums. My biggest suggestion would be to consolidate those empty forums into existing ones and try and cut back on the amount of forums until they are needed (when activity picks up).

The second one.. it look ehhh plain and not cool. Missing threads number and posts. It just look like nothing.
