I was looking at some vBulletin mods and found a mod that allowed admins and mods to ban a member from a thread for a set amount of time or permamently.

It would display a message above the origional post saying like 'XXXXX has been thread banned by XXXXX for XXXXXX'.

I only found something similar by Ghazal so it was probably ripped.
