Alright, I want to know how I can fix this weird problem.
From what you can see if you go to my site, this is the default look that the tabs show.

How do I make it so that it shows the default layout like this on index.php?

Since the tabs plug-in isn't a MyBBSource release, I doubt you'll get much support. I, for one, have no idea anyway.

I think its your theme, try de-activating the tabs plugin, switching to the default theme and re-activating the tabs plugin. It should work, if so, deactive the tabs plugin and ask the theme creator.
