i installed my shoutbox and did everything correct but it keeps saying loading .. what can i do about this?

I remember I had this problem! I'm not sure which shoutbox your using but on the one I had it would keep saying 'Loading...' if there was no message. However, when you install it - it should post a message. Try saying something but if you can't then I'd suggest uninstalling it and then reinstalling it .

As Mr-Trainor said, you neer at least 1 shout for Pirata's plugin to fuction. Another issue could be a javascript conflict - could you please provide a url?

i have install shoutbox on my site and id works great

pirata nervo chatbox? uninstall and install again.. or deactivate and activate it again thats all
