Hello members,

Recently i have used Nickman's plugin called "Invitation Only" which can be found here: http://mybbsource.com/thread-1181.html

It worked fine, when i try to enter an invalid code it says it is invalid etc. However, a member PM'd me and told me that the invite system doesn't work, and that he registered without an invitation code. I tried and, yeah, if you leave it blank, you can just bypass it.

I tried re-enable the plugin, the code in the templates etc, but it's still the same. I really need this fixed ASAP though.

Is there any way i can fix the bug, or any codes that i can add to make it add a minimum length to the textbox, so that it can't be left blank?

You would need to edit the scripts source code to require a invite code that is valid

Yeah i am, and it will show an error message which says invalid code etc. when i type an invalid code. It registers when users type in a valid code. But it bypasses the whole system when it is left blank. Can you maybe try to add a minimum length for it so it can't be left blank?

Hi Nickman,

I hope you understand, but it can be fixed but filling in a simple minimum length into it. But the problem is, i don't know what code to write, and i don't know where to place it.
