I dont really force them, I mean redirect them to be aware of any reply to their posts

This is great! I'll use it for important news/changes as it seems many users don't actually read the announcements then complain they didn't get the information.

This will put an end to that!

If there isn't already the ability to choose which usergroups to force-read (I've not downloaded yet) then I agree with this, would be a great addition to a future update .
