Form Manager Add Button
I install, download and activate Form Manager. I create a form, it work perfectly but in every forum I want user when open a new theads appear the form.

How to?

I think this is not possible with this Plugin
You have to look for another plugin called Wthread
It deos exactely what you are looking for

I think you mean XThreads, you find it here, and its great, but not really for inexperienced users
