I´m thinking about starting up a forum using MyBB but every time I see an example of one there is always that damn rating-column. I think it´s unnecessary and just in the way. Is there any way to get rid of it, is it optional if you create a new forum or is it always going to be there?

I would also like to ask if it would be possible to move "creator/author" of an thread in to a column of its own and also include the starting time in that same column. Kind of like the "last post" column looks like.

I would like to have a forum where the headline/thread comes first (obviously) and the page numbers just below the headline. After that i would like to have four additional columns showing 1:replies, 2:Views, 3:Author and starting time and finally 4:last post and last posting user.

Is this at all possible?

In forumdisplay_thread rating, delete all.
In forumdisplay_thread, delete {$rating}
In showthread, delete {$ratethread}.

OR

In the section settings, if you expand the settings, there is an option to disallow thread rating.
Whichever is quicker for you.
