The same problem here.
I had a blog with sex related spam and could delete it. With phpmyadmin I delete it.

Yes i managed to delete post via phpmyadmin in the end

I think there might be another way to do this.
I was reading this thread http://mybbsource.com/archive/index.php/...-2688.html
and maybe you have an outdated blog system.

It was mentioned that the "Delete Entry" option was not originally added.
