Please be more specific as it worked perfectly fine for me.

works fine for me as well. One question which I have though is how do we find the directory of all the pages? I cannot find the pages.php or wherever I must direct the link to view this page

If .htaccess is enabled, you go to http://yoururl.com/pages/page name
