Will the plugins on this site be upgraded to work with 1.6 or is this section only going to support new plugins?

There is a topic sticky'd as "Plugin list as of X-date", they should make a new sticky that contains all plugins which have been updated, so they either have their version changed and/or are recoded to fit in with 1.6 and are tested for this purpose.

I randomly clicked around on those plugins and I didn't notice any that said they were updated to 1.6 use.

That's what i meant, if they only made such a list showing which ones were updated, we'd all be happy

Your English is just fine! I misread the post is all.

You can Search in the plugin.php

"compatibility" => "14*",

and replace the 4 with a 6 ^^
