Firstly, can you transfer the domain to the buyer? I have checked the domain age, and it returns N/A, this means that the domain is very young. You can transfer a domain only if:
* Is at least 60 days old
* Was not transferred in the past 60 days

This site worth more than 10$ because the domain costs 10$ plus it has script installed and configured, forums added and has 6 users. As I have seen nothing extra (excluding the MyBBCentral plugins, but they need to be removed if the new owner isn't MyBBCentral premium). I think that the wining registrar (you) will also need to pay 10$ for the domain be transferred.
I would suggest you to set the price to 15$-20$ for the site.

You could also try at DigitalPoint but your chances are very low because peoples usually are not going to buy forums with less than 500 users and 3.000-4.000 posts.
