You can easily verify a paypal account soley by getting like a pre-paid credit card like mygreendot for example as it acts like a bank, then donate with credit card into your paypal without actually having a bank account.

Hmm You should be still able to pay unless your account is locked. I have paid for alot of thing with an unverified PayPal account.

I tryed it with Wirecard, but it don't works. In my country creditcards are not really importent. My Paypal Accounts is many years old and i don't have any problems with it. But this forcing to have a credit-card is really annoying.
