is there a way to bridge myps with download manager?

The only option i see here is to do it yourself.
However, isn't there a shop mod for myps which can be used as a replacement to the download manager ?

Yes, the shop does have a built in download manager, other than that there is no way to bridge Alex's plugin with MyPS
