I am in need of an anime related skin.
Here are some specs:

Colors: Light Green, Light Blue, and Light Greyish color.
Make it anime related.
Rounded: Yes

It's highly unlikely anyone would be willing to make you a custom theme for free (or at least, not one solely meant for you). Despite the fact themes aren't hard to make, they can be very time consuming sometimes. Unless you're willing to pay for a designer, why not try to take a look at some of the themes already made, and customize them to your preference? So long as you don't remove "Theme designed by {Name}", no one usually minds.

You can easily customize them in Templates & Styles in the ACP. So long as you know CSS and HTML, it's a cakewalk. Use global.css (in Themes) to edit the CSS classes, and the templates to apply them where you'd like.

I would try to find some pre-made themes myself for you, for you to customize easily. But honestly, I usually just choose a random theme to suit my forum, and remove it after I design a custom one from the default MyBB theme. Don't really know much about the ones already made.

If he is willing to pay for a theme i will happily make one.. Usually i would do one for free but im low on cash right now, i need to save up for my new server, i don't charge much you can make a deal....
I make mybb look like VB if thats the kinda theme you want...
