Not fond of the header logo text though, the rest looks good.

I noticed the thead height was a bit off and it was leaving a bit of red about 8px that did not match the image, i don't know if this was deliberate or not. To fix it just change the height on thead to around 23-24px in global.css
Also as Doubl3 said the header logo text could be improved, also i normally put a white shine on top and lower the opacity to get a glossy effect, not sure about grey.

Everything is cool with your forum, but would be better if you would remove "Gaming Syndicate" in each thead's image (unless you're brainwashing your users, which is totally awesome, specially if you get income from it )
