I found this site just this morning, and its really kewl.

PaidToReg is a website for both Webmasters that want to get more members and posts and for people that want to make a little bit of money.

For webmasters: You can put your site up and for every registration you pay, and there is also link exchange, you click on peoples links then you can put up your link and have people click on yours. If you upgrade your account ($1.99 for LIFE) you can even put links like, linkbucks and make even more cash!

For Members for PaidToReg: You register on sites, and you get paid. Its so simple! In just one hour I have already made about 75 cents, I have never made that much on one of these online deals ever. And while 75 cents may be low, the more people that register the more sites you have and the more money you make.

Well, I've tried to register, but it just doesn't accepts the captcha even though I've tried about 10 times. So I guess I won't be earning any cents from this site
