Slick (Red IPB3-like theme)
Of all the themes I've made, this one is probably my favourite.

The fat, KDE-like design was inspired by IP.Board 3.0. The only thing about this theme is the line between the two background colours is hidden by the panel. That said, your logo needs to be pretty much the same height as the placeholder one.

Looks really nice.
I'm not too sure I like the large on,off,offlock icons though.
