Do I need to purchase a premium to get help with the plugin? Not sure how these things work.

Nope, for support you don't need to pay anything, since this still is (and hopefuly will remain) a forum with free MyBB modifications.
If you have any issues, feel free to contact me at any time or create a thread like others do

Did you do the file edits? Read the readme attached included in the download.

Works for me. You need to read the readme and do the file edits.

how did you set it correctly? i have go through exactly the same steps but each time mytrader shows only

and without a number in the bracket no link nothing..

ok, it is running correctly after some amendments,
but when i tried the submit feedback it says

"The thread you entered isn't in the correct format"

google seo is used, so i guess its because of that.. is there any way to go around?
