I've checked it out. I must say that its nothing really special as I can now see on your forum, its yet one of the many forums for general discussion with AFresh theme applied (these themes are really overused ).

My suggestion is to make it more interesting with a new custom theme or at least theme that less people use (check some forums), add some plugins that will enchant your forums features and add a subscription page where users can check out the benefits and prices of it

Yeah, a custom theme would be very good and it would also bring you more users. (I know this from own experience) It seems you haven't added any plugins yet. Why don't you add a ChatBox? A ChatBox is required at these forums. Make competitions to gain more users.
