Portal problem
I have installed the portal at the root and renamed it index.php and changed the breadcrumb link and the redirect link and the forum directory as mentioned at the tutorial at the mybb forum. My forum is in a folder called messageboard. Everything works fine except one thing. I can not login from portal. I put the username and password but I still show up as guest on the portal page whereas in forum I have no problem. Can someone help me please?

I used to have this but just re upload the portal and say you url is yourdomain.com/messageb
Go to your cpannel of your URL and add a redirection so that yourdomain.com/messageb redirects to yourdomain.com/messageb/portal.php
this is what i do

I have seen this happen before, try logging in on the portal, then go to the forum, if you are logged in there then you know at least the forum works
