hi there is they away to change the size allowed for avatar to be uploaded

at min its set 10 kb and the one i want to use is 12 kb is there away to change it

You can do this in AdminCP > Profile options.

Admin CP - Settings - User Registration and Profile Options - Max Uploaded Avatar Size

Enter whatever you want .
