Hi. Your site looks very good, I like themes with rounded corners. Blue is a very friendly color for sites. Your theme looks good and I haven`t seen it yet on any forum. If your sites looks unique you`ll get more members. Don`t forget to submit it to many search engines and free directories to get more traffic and users.

Personally I find the design a bit off, the glow when you hover over the menu is great but doesn't match, and the logo needs a lot of work too, and i would replace the blue background with like a striped blue background, but that's just me XD Nice work apart from that though

i replaced the blue background with a blue/gray strip background and it kinda looks even weirder...
About the menu, i think im going to keep it and maybe make the body match it instead.
As for the logo... i know i need some help making it as i don't know photo shop well. :(
im also trying to match it with the forum theme colors... so i think i should take out the menu... (don't know yet, i'll decide soon)
