hi is there away to give a super mod more permissions

like to delete uses and stuff like that without giving access to admin cp or a mod to do this tia

Yes there is, but then they would be able to access Admin CP.
You can do this by editing the group and checking "Yes, users of this group can access the admin CP" and then you go to "Admin Permitions" and then "Group Permitions" tab and then "Set Permitions" on the goup you want to edit

But wouldn't that be like giving them admin? (or are some stuffs blocked to them?)

You can block certain things from them via "Users & Groups" and then going to "Groups" next go to "Admin Permitions" and then "Group Permitions" and choose the group you want to edit (whic already has access to Admin CP)
