I would suggest changing you host...SiteFrost.com is a very good post2host community, offering premium like features for free. The owner of it, also owns a paid hosting company.

Im sorry but this is not going to be better at all... im sorry to say this but your site sucks.
1. Your hoster is a peace of crap, yhea off course seriuos hosting is mostly not for free but dude what are you looking for??
2. look for an tld domain
3. There is no special topic of this site
4. My eyes are hurting with this background theme
5. wow you integrated an own header banner... but thats not enough. go and individualise your forums.

Those site are polluting the web and its awful to see them growing and falling all the time.
If i were you, i would look for something im specialiced in... something new.

I agree with Tsocka, but I belive if you change the theme and add some great sections to the forum, its going to become popular. Making an successful forum takes time, I've learned that on a hard way, check Svizy.net, its an epic fail But yeah, you're lucky that you can get free tips from successful forum admins (not counting myself in, I still have a lot to learn)

its really not that easy to grow and be popluar on the net... it takes time and i think what is really important is something new or you have to be very good at your work.
