It says Ipod touch giveaway yet it has an iphone picture i don't have twitter i guess as its free i might aswell try to win freebies .

Yeah, I dunno. I still think its wrong to change the terms and regulations at your own will and with no contact, because what does that tell me about the script I buy, that you'll probably change the license to your liking at any time, we'll see though, I don't need an iPod Touch, I will be getting one on Lockerz, but I think that it should've been left alone, because now it seems like all it was was a contest to get sales boosted. I had to unfollow them though, after it ended, I got at least 5-6 tweets in one day with discount offers, and it was clogging up Trillian.

I completely agree here. I feel like an idiot now for promoting a contest that was obviously a scam, as the numbers could have been pushed up and up since the terms "may" change at anytime.
